General Questions

1. What are your office hours? Top
  8:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. Monday through Friday and 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M on Saturday  
2. Does Gorrell's sell parts? Top
  Yes, but we only offer a warranty on the part if Gorrell's Computer Services installs them for you.  
3. Are you able to check warranty by the Serial Number? Top
   Yes, however Gorrell's can only provide this service on Epson and Hewlett Packard systems.  
4. How do I get to Gorrell's? Top

5. What are your rates? Top
  In-shop on workstations, notebooks & printers: $95.00 per hour.

In-shop on Servers including data recovery: $110.00 per hour.

On-site: $135.00 per hour including travel one way.

Remote: $120.00 with a 30 minute minimum.
 
6. What forms of payment does Gorrell's accept? Top
  Cash, check or VISA/Master Card if amount is less than $300.00 We do accept VISA/MC for amounts over $300.00 but there will be an additional charge.
